Conference & Meeting Room Facilities

If you want to impress clients, run a training seminar, or host a workshop, our well equipped conference centre offers modern facilities to support up to 30 people in air-conditioned comfort.

Top quality audio visual equipment includes a large format plasma screen for presentation from a variety of media (DVD,PC, etc), while our interactive projection system allows presentations to be annotated 'live' on-screen and captured electronically for later analysis or distribution.

We can provide additional services including hospitality, administrative support to help you arrange your event, or even help fine-tune your presentation material or delivery for maximum effect.

Our conference venue also benefits from free on site parking.

Conference Room Rates:
Full day: £120.00
Half day: £80.00
2-hour session: £55.00

• Electronic Projector, Smart Board, PC with interactive presentation software
• Wireless internet connection

Meeting Rooms
Modern well-equipped meetings rooms for hire at cost of £10.00 per hour.

Seating up to 8 people

Flipchart
Wireless Internet Connection

Workstations inclusive of Computer, Internet, Phone charged by usage, at cost of £35.00 per hour.

Consumables and other support charged at cost, e.g. stationery, phone calls, catering, etc.
VAT is not chargeable on room rental, but is charged on any additional services we provide.
