Essex Traffic Control Centre (ETCC) is helping businesses with journey planning information as well as providing information on incidents and delays in Essex and beyond. The centre is also seeking feedback from the business community about the helpfulness and use of messages broadcast through ‘Dream 107’ and variable message signs across the county so that response strategies can be put in place to minimise congestion. Visits by businesses to the centre in County Hall, Chelmsford are welcomed.
