The Essex Innovation Programmes are seeking to increase significantly the number of Essex businesses that secure grant funding.
How does it work?
Through the programmes, you will have access to our mentors, who can give specialist advice to you to find out you eligibility for funding applications and help you develop applications.

EEDA Proof of Concept & Grants for R&D
Funding is available for small and medium sized businesses, subject to a successful application to
EEDA, to share the financial costs of projects that involve the following:
• The development of a simple, low-cost prototype of a new product or process that involves technological innovation or novelty;
• The investigation of the technical and commercial feasibility of innovative technology; or
• The development of a pre-production prototype of a new product or process that involves a significant technological advance
Other Funding
Whether you are a small or medium sized business, or a new or established venture, there may be funding available to support your project.
