Knowledge Transfer Partnerships involve at least one graduate working in a company for between one and three years on a project central to the needs of the company whilst drawing on knowledge and expertise from the academic institution. This forms a mutually beneficial knowledge transfer relationship where businesses are able to access and apply important knowledge to fast-track their growth. A number of these schemes are in operation around the county.
